Balajan Activewear – Exchange-Only Policy

Thank you for choosing Balajan Activewear. We want you to feel confident and comfortable in every piece you wear. Please review our exchange-only terms below.

1. Exchange-Only (No Refunds) – Balajan Activewear

Balajan Activewear does not offer refunds for change-of-mind purchases.
However, we are happy to offer an exchange for size, colour, or a different item of equal value.

As per UAE consumer protection laws, if an item is faulty, damaged, or not as described, Balajan Activewear will provide a refund, repair, or replacement, regardless of this policy.

2. Exchange Eligibility – Balajan Activewear

To qualify for an exchange, the customer must:

  • Submit an exchange request within 7 working days of receiving the item.

  • Ensure items are unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and free of makeup, deodorant, fragrance, or marks.

  • Return items with all original tags attached and in original packaging.

  • Provide proof of purchase (order number or receipt).

Balajan Activewear reserves the right to deny exchanges that do not meet these conditions.

3. Non-Exchangeable Items – Balajan Activewear

For hygiene and product-care reasons, Balajan Activewear cannot accept exchanges on:

  • Underwear or intimate garments (optional to keep or remove)

  • Accessories such as socks, headbands, or caps

  • Sale, promotional, or clearance items

  • Gift cards

4. How to Request an Exchange – Balajan Activewear

To request an exchange:

  1. Email mihaela@balajanactivewear.com with your order number and the item you wish to exchange.

  2. The Balajan Activewear team will confirm availability and provide return instructions.

  3. After we receive and inspect the returned item, we will ship your replacement.

5. Shipping Costs – Balajan Activewear

  • Customers are responsible for the return shipping fees, unless the item was received defective or incorrect.

  • Outbound shipping for the exchanged item may be complimentary or charged depending on your delivery zone; details will be provided during the exchange process.
